# Delete Company

Delete a CRM company. Linked contacts are kept and unlinked. If activities, deals, engagements or invoices reference the company the request fails with 409 and a blockers object ({ activities, deals, engagements, invoices }) unless cascade=true, which unlinks those records and deletes the company.

## Authentication

Send your API key in the `x-api-key` header. Create keys in the VINSI dashboard under Settings → API Keys.
